Terms and Conditions of 56xcom — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by 56xcom — whether through the website, mobile version, or any other digital channel — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules.

Acceptance of these terms takes place when you check the confirmation box during registration and click "Create Account". This action carries the legal weight of contractual acceptance and binds the user to all clauses set out herein, without exception.

The 56xcom reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. When material changes are made, the user will be notified by email or through a visible notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after a new version of the Terms is published constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 56xcom and use its services, the user must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be located in Brazilian territory at the time of using the platform;
• Hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion on any gambling platform;
• Not be prohibited from using betting services by any judicial or administrative order.

It is permitted one account per person only. Each CPF may be linked to only one active account on 56xcom. Duplicate accounts will be detected by the system and closed, which may result in the cancellation of any associated balance and bonuses. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The 56xcom may request supporting documentation at any time to verify identity, address, or ownership of registered payment methods.

3 Identity Verification

The 56xcom follows identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures in compliance with Brazilian law and international best practices for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

Depending on transaction volume or circumstances that warrant a closer review, the platform may request the following documents from the user:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used;
• Selfie holding your ID (for facial verification);
• Proof of income source, in cases involving high-value transactions.

While verification is pending, the 56xcom may temporarily suspend withdrawals. Document review takes up to 3 (three) business days. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in account closure.

4 Deposits and Payments

The 56xcom accepts exclusively Brazilian payment methods. The following are accepted:

• Pix — instant deposit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Bank slip (boleto) — processed within up to 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — Brazilian digital wallets;
• TED Transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). No additional fees are charged on deposits within the account's normal operating limits. Balances deposited via Pix are credited automatically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made by third parties will be declined and the amount returned to the originator. The 56xcom does not accept cash deposits or international transfers.

The account balance is denominated exclusively in BRL (R$). The platform does not operate with any other currency or cryptocurrency. Deposit attempts in other currencies will be automatically rejected by the system.

5 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Full identity verification (KYC approved);
• Minimum withdrawal of R$ 30.00 (thirty BRL) per request;
• The withdrawal method must be the same one used for the deposit and must always be in the account holder's name;
• Bonus balance must meet the rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method: via Pix, most requests are processed within 15 minutes. For other methods, processing may take up to 2 (two) business days. In cases requiring additional security verification, the timeframe may be extended by up to 5 (five) business days, and the user will be notified.

The 56xcom reserves the right to carry out additional checks before releasing high-value withdrawals or in situations that suggest possible misuse of the platform. This practice exists to protect both the platform and the user against fraud.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The 56xcom offers periodic promotions, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to R$ 500.00 (five hundred BRL). By accepting any bonus, the user agrees to the specific terms of that promotion. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (minimum wagering requirement) before the amount can be converted into withdrawable balance. The rollover multiplier for each promotion is specified on the offer page;
• The welcome bonus may only be redeemed once per account, CPF, IP address, and device;
• Bets on games with a reduced rollover contribution (such as roulette and baccarat) may have specific percentages outlined in the promotion terms;
• Cancelled, voided, or drawn bets do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• The 56xcom reserves the right to cancel bonuses or withdrawals upon identifying irregular use or any attempt to exploit promotions;
• Unused bonuses or bonuses with an incomplete rollover after 30 days from the award date will be automatically removed from the account.

The platform may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

7 Sports Betting

The Sports Betting options available on 56xcom cover a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, Campeonato Paulista, Carioca, and more), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and e-sports. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• A confirmed bet is binding and cannot be cancelled by the user, except in cases where the cash out is available and active for that market;
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, all bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance;
• In the event a match is suspended after its official start, the 56xcom will follow the specific rules of the sport and the market wagered to determine the outcome;
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are fixed and guaranteed, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• Combo (parlay) bets require all selected events to be confirmed before any winnings are paid out;
• The minimum bet is R$ 2.00 and the maximum varies by market and event, as displayed on the platform.

The 56xcom reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel bets that fall under high-risk situations, such as match-fixing, technical inconsistencies, or obvious odds errors. In such cases, the full staked amount will be returned to the user.

8 Casino Games

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited on 56xcom the following practices. Violation of any item may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of the balance:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Match-fixing, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any form of financial fraud;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome the user already knows through privileged information;
• Attempting to exploit technical flaws or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Account use by third parties — the account is personal and non-transferable;
• Any activity that violates applicable Brazilian law, including the Penal Code and the Anti-Money Laundering Law (Law 9.613/1998).

The 56xcom uses automated systems and human review to detect suspicious behavior. If there is well-founded suspicion of an irregularity, the platform may preventively suspend the account for internal investigation before taking any definitive action.

10 Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any available balance (excluding bonus funds with an incomplete rollover) will be refunded after identity verification.

The 56xcom may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Fraudulent behavior or misuse of the platform;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 months (the user will be notified prior to closure);
• Order issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, the 56xcom may retain the account balance until the completion of any ongoing internal investigation or legal proceeding.

11 Responsible Gambling

The 56xcom is committed to responsible gambling and makes the following tools available to all users:

• Deposit limits: users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in their account settings;
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: account access may be suspended for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: the user may request permanent account closure with a block on future registration;

When changes materially affect users' rights or obligations, the 56xcom will send an email notification to the registered address at least 15 (fifteen) days before the new version takes effect. Minor changes, such as wording adjustments and corrections, may be published without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after new terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, in particular the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and the regulations applicable to the Brazilian betting market.

Any disputes or controversies arising from this agreement will preferably be submitted for resolution through the customer support channel of the 56xcom, which commits to reviewing complaints within 5 (five) business days. Should the dispute remain unresolved, the court of the user's domicile in Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
